Jess comes to us from Scotland were she started working as a receptionist and office admin, and gained customer service skills in a variety of retail stores. She moved from Scotland to London to undertake university studies, completing a PR and Marketing internship in London through her University studies. On completion of her studies,  she left home to travel to Australia, working as a retail store manager in Melbourne, team admin in a Sydney hospital along with a number of hospitality jobs whilst travelling through the country and experiencing the Australian lifestyle.

Eventually her travels brought her to New Zealand shores landing in Wellington where she embraced her first experience working in the recruitment industry, first in white collar then changing over to blue collar when starting with Trade Assist in July 2020.

Jess’s passion for networking along with meeting and building relationships with new people are put to good use in her resourcer role in the Wellington branch.  When not at work, Jess can be found perusing the shopping districts, catching up with friends over a nice glass of wine, or scrolling through travel brochures planning her next trips.
